1. INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND
OYO STATE NIGERIAN CLIMATE ADAPTATION-EROSION AND WATERSHED PROJECT (the “Client”) is implementing the Nigeria Climate Adaptation- Erosion and Watershed Project (NEWMAP-EIB) in OYO STATE. The Client intends to apply part of the funds received from the European Investment Bank towards the cost of consultancy services described below, and now invites Expressions of Interest from eligible consulting firms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT
Engagement of Consultant for M&E Baseline Study.
Engagement of Consultant for Focal NGOs.

3. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Client now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services, including:
1. Valid Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
3. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate, with TIN.
4. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM, ITF, and NSITF/Employees’ Compensation Act requirements.
5. [Relevant professional registration/certification specific to this assignment, e.g. COREN, relevant environmental consultancy accreditation, ISO 9001/14001, or membership of a recognised professional body]

OYO STATE NIGERIAN CLIMATE ADAPTATION-EROSION AND WATERSHED PROJECT (the “Procuring Entity”) is implementing the the Nigeria Climate Adaptation- Erosion and Watershed Project (NEWMAP-EIB) in OYO STATE, with the objective of addressing severe gully erosion, land degradation, and watershed management challenges. Part of the funds received European Investment Bank is intended to be applied to eligible payments for the supply of goods and related services described below.
